Grow & Lead is proud to host the Upper Peninsula’s one-and-only nonprofit conference. This annual training opportunity focuses on leadership, management, team building and additional topics relevant to today’s nonprofit. Attendees learn from keynote speakers, expert panelists and choose from workshops that fit the needs of their organization. The conference provides opportunities for nonprofits across the U.P. to network and find ways to collaborate to meet their missions and transform their communities. 

In partnership with Connect Marquette, the U.P. Nonprofit Conference is the first day of the two-day Connect and Grow Conference.

Grow & Lead supports the youth of our communities as they create positive change and become successful adults. Our Excellence in Education program publicly recognizes outstanding students and educators in Marquette and Alger Counties. Each year, we present top academically achieving high school seniors with  scholarships.  We present educators with professional development awards.
